Fun amid Chaos

On Friday evening, 26th sept, Diana, Joanne and I were around in Frankfurt and not travelling anywhere and we kinda decided on doing something together! We all stay in the same hostel and are pretty good friends=) Very nice, lovely and sweet people=) Daiana had an invitation to go for a gathering/dinner with some other Latin American people at a Tapas Bar and we went along=) It was alot of fun, exposure to a whole new culture- amid chaos. Chaos here doesnt have a negative connotation. Alot of things were just happening at the same time all in one night! Meeting many new people from Latin America(a part of the world that is totally new to me and I have got no idea of what it is like). Trying to remember names. German, English and Spanish were the various modes of communication(glad to have "conquered" 2 out of 3. Trying to speak clearly and lousy(close to screaming) as Mexican Music were being played. The restaurant was pretty small and somehow it was flooded with people. Heaps of people dancing to the Mexican music and it looks interesting and easy to pick up=) Hmmz.. should have tried also but too paiseh=) Dancing is not really my forte but has always been something I will try if I am given a chance to=) Will dance at the next opportunity=) The band and audience were very interactive as the audience sang along and everyone was very enthusiastic coz most people are from Latin America and some from, UK(Joanne), Germans, Singapore(Me), China, Peru, Philippines(a lady from our group) etc... Mexican music was quite nice and I enjoyed the whole new experience even though it felt like I needed good multi-tasking skills to cope with all that is happening for a while=)

A lady from our goup from Philippines seemed quite into Origami and started folding Roses and cranes and everyone started folding Roses as well!

Here's Joanne from UK and she stays near the Lake District=) We work on Industriepark but for different firms. She is doing Textile and Dyes etc... She runs and trains alot=) We are looking at doing some travelling together=) Need to look up cheap flights...

Me, Natalia (Diana's friend whom I met for the 2nd time...), Joanne
